Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed), time zone, and team membership.
• Usage activity: searches, exports, page views, sign-ins (including IP address and browser user-agent), used for quota metering, security, and product improvement.
• Billing: subscription state from our payment processor. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled by Chargebee's hosted checkout.

2. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your account data to train machine-learning models.
• We do not send marketing email to team members you invite beyond the invitation itself and service notices.

3. Service providers

We share data with the vendors that run the Service, bound by their own terms: hosting infrastructure, Chargebee (billing), Anthropic (processing of natural-language search queries you type into Smart Search), error monitoring, and email delivery. Provider and facility data displayed in the product comes from public government sources (CMS, NPPES, HRSA and others) and is not personal data we collect from you.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and a small number of functional cookies (for example, remembering a dismissed banner). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and activity data are retained while your account is active and as needed for legal and billing records. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact support@npivot.com.
